Rotary Club of Utica presents check to Kelberman’s Kamp Connections.
The Rotary Club of Utica’s annual Service Above Self Gala, held this past June and sponsored by Cliff's Local Market, raised $14,300 for Kelberman's Kamp Connections, helping expand access to summer camp experiences for children and teens of all abilities.
“Each year, our Service Above Self Gala is an opportunity to turn Rotary's commitment to serving others into meaningful action,” said Utica Rotary Past Presidents and Gala Co-Chairs Stephen Turnbull and Travis Rabbers. “We're incredibly proud to support Kelberman's Kamp Connections and the life-changing experiences it provides for children and teens of all abilities. This year's success reflects the generosity of our sponsors, volunteers and community members who share our commitment to making a difference.”

Since its inception, the “Service Above Self” Gala has raised nearly $80,000, supporting not only Kelberman’s Kamp Connections, but also the Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI), Utica Zoo, Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL), and the Stanley Theatre.
