Dan Smith of Max’s Print Shop delivers school supplies to Utica Municipal Housing Authority on behalf of the Rotary Club of Utica. The delivery included supplies to fill 250 bookbags plus items (such as notebooks, pens, crayons and binders) for additional children.
Friday of Labor Day Weekend was very special for Utica area school children as nearly $1,000 in school supplies were delivered to the Utica Municipal Housing Authority through a collection drive organized by The Rotary Club of Utica with help from Max’s Print Shop in Marcy.
The delivery included supplies to fill 250 bookbags plus items (notebooks, pens, binders, etc.) for additional students, just in time for the new school year.
The funds for the school supplies were provided by Rotary members along with a matching amount from Dan Smith of Max’s Print Shop.
