Congratulations, Larry

Utica Rotarian Larry DeCesare is one of only fifteen runners to have completed all 31 Utica Boilermaker 15K road races. Larry was the #1 finisher in this group this year, with a time of just over 73 minutes, or under 8 minutes per mile. Congratulations to Larry and all of our Runnin' Rotarians (volunteers, too!).

Looking for an Easy Volunteer Gig? BINGO!!!

On Monday July 20 at 7 pm at The Pines (Formerly Eden Park Nuring Home) Utica Rotary will be hosting its monthly Bingo event.

Our affable chair, and the man who usually works the room is Dr. Roger Beslow. Unfortunately, Roger cannot be there this month because he will be cruising in France. Poor thing. He has asked second in command Mary Lou Reape to round up the usual suspects perhaps recruit some new volunteers.

All told, we need about 8-10 volunteers. and play from 7-8 pm. Rotary volunteers call the numbers and sit with the residents and help them play. It's easy, it's fun, and the players have a great time with us. And as volunteer assignments go it is quick. There are refreshments for all served by The Pines Staff.
