Rotarians in the Mohawk Valley and in the
Seattle area, working together, have
profoundly influenced the lives of the residents
of a small village in Cambodia. The story is
best told by the man who made it happen, and
witnessed the results of our commitment to
service. Please click on the link above (second
link in the In This Issue box), for the story.
PP Dave Jones will be our program speaker on
Friday, March 7. If you bring a
prospective member to only one program this
year, make this the one.

An Email Blast From the Past
Former
Member Stays Connected Virtually
Fellow Rotarians,
I
have so much enjoyed receiving the HUB over the
years I have been on Staten Island. Many, many
times I have bragged about the Utica Rotary and
the wonderful work the club does. I actually
think some of that bragging and sharing has paid
off as the Staten Island Club is now venturing
into areas that had not been part of the vision
in the past – or maybe some just became tired of
my pointing to the Utica website for
inspiration!
Anyway – I am now in the process of retiring and
moving to Connecticut. My last Rotary Club of
Staten Island meeting was this past Tuesday. If
you can keep me on the HUB list, my personal
e-mail address is maarbilp@aol.com. I enjoy
keeping up on what is going on.
If
you have the opportunity, please extend my
thoughts of a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New
Year to the members of Utica Rotary (I just
did. - Ed.)
Thank you,
Rev. Bill Preuss
